Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Of Norfolk - Customer Service STINKS
Purchased a new Chevy Colorado on Friday for Monday delivery as the truck was at another dealership and had to be delivered to their facility in Virginia Beach. Waited until 2 pm for them to contact me.
Nothing Heard. I finally called and after numerous dropped calls was finally able to leave a voice mail message with a sales rep requesting a status on the vehicle. No response. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and it is the SECOND time I've had a terrible experience with their customer service.
I know I should have known better. Shame on me. I won't give them a 3rd opportunity. Their phone system is terrible with dropped calls and poor audio quality.
The sales person I dealt with originally was off and of course no body else seems to know anything. If I could cancel this sale I would and go to another dealer.
